Tungsten Carbide Grinding Jar for Lab Ball Mill

Tungsten carbide pegs two types:
1. Both the main body and the screw part are made of tungsten carbide material, which is called solid carbide rod pin;
2. The main body is tungsten carbide, and the screw part is made of stainless steel (such as stainless steel 304, etc.), which is called welding rod pin.

Tungsten carbide pegs main material: YG8 (strong comprehensive); YS2T (good abrasion resistance); YN8 (strong corrosion resistance)
Tungsten carbide pegs application: suitable for grinding of different viscosity from micron to nanometer.
It is mainly used for grinding of various liquid slurry, such as paint, ink, porcelain, dyestuff and plastic etc., especially for grinding of materials with high viscosity and small batch as well as difficult to recycle materials or non-recyclable materials in sand mill, such as various color slurry and ink.
